Assist Executive Chef in teaching, coaching and leading a culinaty team.

Menu development and planning according to company standards.

Assist in creating and execution of nightly features, wine dinner and cooking class themes and menus.

Overseeing the execution of service and quality control over taste and appearance of all food served according to company standards.

General and direct leadership in an all scratch kitchen using frfeshm seasonal and local ingredients.

Assist Chef de Cuisine to ensure efficient and profitable operations by controlling labor and food costs.

Maintain a positive and fun work environment.

Requirements

in Must be at least 18 years old.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

Must have minimum 5 years experience in a Culinary Leadership Role.

Strong Culinary ability through kinowledge of food, Classical and Modern cooking techniques, kitchen operations and cost controls.

Creativity, organizations, maturity, and accountability.

Strong managerial skills using positive motivation and team building.

Understand food costing formulas, uields and inventories.
