  • Assist Executive Chef in teaching, coaching and leading a culinaty team.
  • Menu development and planning according to company standards.
  • Assist in creating and execution of nightly features, wine dinner and cooking class themes and menus.
  • Overseeing the execution of service and quality control over taste and appearance of all food served according to company standards.
  • General and direct leadership in an all scratch kitchen using frfeshm seasonal and local ingredients.
  • Assist Chef de Cuisine to ensure efficient and profitable operations by controlling labor and food costs.
  • Maintain a positive and fun work environment.
  • Guarantee a Memorable guest experience by creating "Raving Fans"

 

Requirements

  • in Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.
  • Must have minimum 5 years experience in a Culinary Leadership Role.
  • Strong Culinary ability through kinowledge of food, Classical and Modern cooking techniques, kitchen operations and cost controls.
  • Creativity, organizations, maturity, and accountability.
  • Strong managerial skills using positive motivation and team building.
  • Understand food costing formulas, uields and inventories.
  • Commitment to safety, cleanliness and sanitation.
