Job Description
Serve guests, bread, water and butter upon their arrival. Provide drink refills and needed. Assist the servers
Responsibilities include:

Promptly greet guests as they are seated and bring bread, butter and water to table.

Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing

Remove used tableware between courses.

Clean tables after guests

After seating, promptly clean table tops, chairs and floors. Reset table for next guest.

Respond appropriately to guest requests. Communicate guest requests to server and needed.

Assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods

Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary, such as setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance
Requirements

Must be a minimum of 18 years old

High School diploma or GED
-
Minimum of 1 year experience in food service/hospitality desired, but not required

Customer service focused and solution oriented
-
Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers

Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs
