Serve guests, bread, water and butter upon their arrival.  Provide drink refills and needed.  Assist the servers

Responsibilities include:

• Promptly greet guests as they are seated and bring bread, butter and water to table.
• Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing
• Remove used tableware between courses.
• Clean tables after guests
• After seating, promptly clean table tops, chairs and floors.  Reset table for next guest.
• Respond appropriately to guest requests.  Communicate guest requests to server and needed.
• Assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods
• Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary, such as setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance
